# Founding School Pilot Plan

## Aim
Test one Beatbotz programme in a real setting with a clearly defined cohort, workflow and review point.

## Suggested 6-week shape
**Week 0 — Discovery:** agree purpose, cohort, lead staff, safeguarding/data boundaries and baseline question.

**Week 1 — Personalise:** add school identity, trusted adults, language and accessibility choices.

**Weeks 2–4 — Use:** run the programme in normal school routines. Capture simple usage notes and staff/pupil observations.

**Week 5 — Review:** repeat the baseline question, gather short feedback and identify practical changes.

**Week 6 — Decide:** refine, extend, pause or scale. Agree what evidence can be used in a case study.

## Evidence to collect
- one baseline and one end-point measure;
- staff usability feedback;
- pupil feedback in an accessible format;
- examples of changed practice or behaviour;
- time required for personalisation and support;
- one implementation interview with the school lead.
